chilaxing baby

So I've been working on chilaxing a little lately. I've got in some extra yoga classes, some swimming, and last night I slept a total of about 11 hours (with no nightmares so far this week!) This morning I got up and went for coffee before work. It totally chilled me out and I don't have 3 students everyday in my office so I have the bubble to think around my head (which has noticeably been absent this last month). And when I take a deep breath it doesn't hurt my chest or become jagged. Here's hoping I can hang on to this chilaxing baby!
