OK did anyone know that T-Pain's SNL sketch was nominated for a Grammy??? Yep for best Rab collaboration. Apparently SNL's digital shorts are turning into masterpeice songs. I had to look this up to make sure that T-Pain didn't have another "I'm on a boat" song, and turns out "the lonely island" is the same as the SNL one. Well too bad Jay-Z bet them out, but still I'd like to bring us all back to can-hooing in Austin so we can yell "I'M ON A BOAT!!"
On a related note, Taylor Swift swept at the Grammys. She is amazing and been a slight addiction of mine lately. After winning every award this last year, she is going to have to start working on her "surprised" face to be a little more humble. OK you are surprised, but soon you are going to have to realize that you are good and people like you. So just be grateful. Beyonce does this well. Appreciative but not fake OMG (anyone remember that Melonia on AI with no neck who used to do this?)
