Why doesn't anyone ever stimulate me???? Sure sure the federal govt gets stimulated, which means that all the govt"mental" agencies are getting stimulated too! Anyways, that is good news for researchers and grant seeking people. I got an email about how UVA is going to benefit from this business.
As the VP said "get ready to submit proposals" Yesssss sir. I'm ready to be stimulated.
