George Mason University has just moved up a notch in my book (well I guess I should start keeping a book with notches???) because they voted a gay man in for homecoming queen!!!! And the best part is he is a drag queen at local shows. Yesssss.
Of course all of Ms. Mason's friends from the theater department made his some fabulous glittering outfit for the homecoming game. I mean you can't even make this shit up. I LOVE IT!!! S/he is going to be a great Queen! I'm sure s/he is going to work towards world peace and equality.
Points for the GBLT community. Keep growing and gaining some equality in this opposite down world. I would have voted for Ms./Mr. Mason!
