contact your representatives about Lupus

So many of you know that I'm a Lupus advocate and with all the new elected officials in office this season, we are headed back to the hill in the next month. Please consider inviting your elected officials to support Lupus research and education. This will not take more than 5 minutes of your time and EVERY little bit helps......it could save my life!

Here is what you can do:

1. Follow this link to the Lupus Foundation of America's action website
2. Put in your zip code
3. Click on "Info" for each of your elected officials
4. Click on the "Bills" tab for that representative.
5. Is s/he sponsoring the Lupus bill? It will say yes or no.
6. If no, then there is an option to send a letter to this representative, click here.
7. Consider using the premade letter by LFA, click next step and personalize the letter if you wish.
8. Put in your information and click send! This alerts your elected official Lupus is an important issue to you.
9. Repeat this process for each elected official on your list!
