love on the rebound

So Courtney Love pulled her mess of a self together the other day to attend the Elle Style award show in London where she was being honored for "Woman of the Year." What???? Has Courtney been out changing the world and doing big things???? She normally just looks like a hot mess (hot being the operative word here). This bags the question of what year exactly was she "the Woman!" Perhaps it was the early 90s :)
