Well Justin had the number one movie in the country for weeks now (still need to see Social Network), and although he brought sexy back circa 2006, he hasn't come out with a new album since. Of course, he has teamed up with Timbaland and others for some classic clubs songs. This was a benefit concert for the Shiner's hospital in Vegas. That is even more hot.
