So GWB has asked the major networks for 10-15 minutes on TH night for a farewell speech. Unfortunately, TH nights are major must see TV time and the networks reportedly "argue that the address may not be especially newsworthy and will have plenty of coverage on cable and other outlets." mohahah.
Personally, I would rather have GWB just print an apologize for these last 8 years and let Grey's Anatomy start on time.
